ABOUT KIMBERLY

As a marathon runner, I came to realize the importance of yoga early on in my training.  My goal is to lead you safely through workouts and/or yoga practice while inspiring and empowering you to be the best version of YOU!  I want to make exercise fun, inspiring, and safe for all levels!  You will always find a variety of classes on the schedule, and there is a class for everyone!  When I am not teaching, you can find me hanging out with my husband enjoying life!
